The Tribal Chairman is the Indian chief who sold the reservation to Steve for $26 in anal beads. Later, he and his tribe were led by Malloy to invade and claim the Hazelhurst Mega Mall as their rightful place until it was completely destroyed. When he and the Medicine Man were seen again in A-Park-a-Lypse, they came to see Ethel and mentioned that Mount Brickleberry the volcano is a sign from the gods that Brickleberry is coming to an end.
