An unnamed kid appears in the Season 2 episode Little Boy Malloy. His name isn't given out, although his girlfriend is known to be named Coilette. He also appears in campin an't easy where he gets expoded in the minefield
After calling Malloy "mayor of Ugly Town", the mayor of "Diarrhea Town", and that he'll never get a girlfriend, Malloy swore revenge by 1) take away his friends, 2) steal his girlfriend from him and 3) murder him.
At the end of the episode, Malloy highly mauled down the bully and he is rendered unconscious.
